If not me, then who? If not now, then when?

My name is Jimmie Lee Staley; I am a Southern woman with a mind of my own. When I was a kid, my dad used to ask me what I wanted to do when I grew up, I told him I wanted to change the world.   I have to admit I wasted a few years running the stereotypical rat race but I am done with that. I believe we should all be trying to make this world a better place.  I am currently on a mission to expose governmental misconduct and save a man’s life.  There is always something that can be done. I am proof of that. One person can make a difference.

    • Scott Haines has always been known to get away with damn everything at SRSO. He’s a dirty individual with absolutely zero moral compass. Unfortunately Ex- Sheriff Wendell Hall had a soft spot for his golden boy. Between looking at porn on agency computers and other events, Hall swept is all under the rug. It didn’t help that Bob Johnson promoted him to Captain. Total scum.

    • That’s the question–who is innocent? There is proof that Leonard “Patrick” Gonzalez Jr. is NOT the shooter. He believes if he was wrongly the possibility of others being innocent is plausible as well. He was with Gary Sumner shortly before the crime occurred about 25 miles away. He theorizes that Gary couldn’t have gotten from point A to point B in time to commit the crime.

    • Thank you for your prayers, however, when one watches what there is of the video, you cannot make out very much. However, after the FBI enhancement, the family got a court order to not show the actual murders. So a computer simulation of the real video was produced for the press. That simulation sanctioned by the FBI & FDLE is baffling. It doesn’t show 1 shooter as the prosecutor claims; it shows 3. The way the crime was vs what people are told is completely different. The police say Patrick, a lefty, who is martial arts trained did not use his honed abilities, was supposed to be the ONLY shooter who used a 9mm to fire a number of shots into the victims. The video shows 3 men, 2 lefties & a righty entering the home. The righty has a 9 mm; the lefties have long guns, probably rifles. They all randomly shoot the couple. The entire theory of the crime is blown based on the video which was released and shown to mass population but after you watch that, then listen to the police, you come away scratching your head? How are both possible?

  4. I. sorry the video i remember seeing had people and little girl hiding in bed after,looking out window etc! I know theres more to this than i know and more out there guilty,,but ones in there in jail now are also guilty! imo

  6. I just came across your blog. I am currently in school for criminal justice because I have seen the corruption in the judicial system in both counties, as well as across the United States. I was also a victim in a stalking case that ECSO tried to keep covered up. Thank you for sharing. There is always more beyond the media. Government agencies control what in put in the media because citizens are too lazy to into facts and question.

  8. I am on the same mission as you. Nice to see another blog about local government corruption. I suppose every County in every State has something they are hiding. When it comes to causing intentional harm to another human being I cannot stay silent.

  11. Someone needs to look into policy violations committed by Eric Haines. SOP for the Sheriff’s Office states no car seats in county vehicles! I tried to enforce the SOP and was terminated during my probationary period!

  12. i have been stalked bullied and harassed by a few higer ups at the escambia county sheriffs office.. i have lots of proof but dont have a clue who i can trust or who i can talk to about getting my peace of mind back , my privacy back, my joy has been gone for over a year. i dont know how much longer I will be able to take the abuse the outting the black balling the horrible back lash from the community as a result of the things said and done by an officer that is right next to Morgan in rank. help me or tell me who to call for some help.

    I would like to just say that I’m sorry for what you are going thru, and that I truly understand. I’m also going through the same and have come to a point that I know there’s no other way than to file a lawsuit against Sheriff David Morgan. The expression, ” Give a man enough rope & he will hang himself”. Well Morgan’s arrogance and his military connections, plain clothes off duty cops, investigators, family of employees that work for his office, neighborhood watch, citzen patrol on steroids has been the most severe form of organized stalking and harrassment I’ve ever known. It has also been the most revealing and givennus some of the most damning evidence against him. When I man thinks he is untouchable, and protected; the bigger the crimes and violations….because he thinks he/they can all it away with it. I’m also dealing with being under 24/7 illegally surveillance within my home- bedroom, bathroom, illegal GPS being installed on my car, my WiFi hacked, asI’m being sexually exploited by their surveillancd- and live streamed. For they entertainment, humiliating, profit- I have ZERO privacy in my home, car or out in public. Since Morgan is in with the military and has connections with DHS, I now have drones and satellites that are positioned over my apartment at night and drones and planed, and helicopters from Whiting Field that follow me constantly
    The others are from Eglin Air Force Base, the majority of them. I’m no.famn terrioist, I’m.s Patriot, standing up for truth and my civil rights!!!
    I pray that arrest come and all involved never see daylight again. They drive people to the very edge wanting them to commit suicide, and if they can’t they will have other things done to them, horrible things. They are a murderous bunch of cowards who deserve hell fire, but for now I will take earthly justice. They have ruined so many lives by lies- tote families apart. They get powerful people to tell the lies so it sounds good, and pieces of the story may be true, but within that story there are huge gaps of truth that are missing- that change everything thing, absolutely everything!!!! I have so much on them and I know that there was a woman, s beautiful soul that warned me of Morgan, then she turned of up missing, then
    found dead. She did NOT kill herself, that a damn lie. I dream of her, I fight for her and will never shut the fuck up!!!! I call foul play and there are evil “do boys” that get things done in this corrupt town and do things for a very corrupt Sheriff. He has so much corrupt military power behind him that it makes me sick to my stomach. I’ve dedicated my Facebook to exposing him/them
    Seriously, what’s he going to do- spread more lies, ruin my reputation that’s already ruined, kill me. I have no fear of death, I know where my soul will go after death, so I am fearlessly. I speak the truth and will continue to speak out against him and his cronies who literally are rasist and sexists- they hate women!!! Especially those in key positions. They only want a women to shut up and bow down to them, their corrupt good ole boy system-NEVER!!!!
    I would also like to thank Jimmie for her steadfast efforts in shinnng a light of truth on the corruption of Escambia County, FL. For her never growing weary or giving in spite of their bullying tactic, and lies.

  14. She was your friend, the one who you said also had run inns with Escambia County Sheriff’s Office, Stephanie Todd. I didn’t know she went missing, then to read your blog that she was dead, and it ruled a suicide- no way, I will never believe that!!!!

  16. Yes, We have proof (in many locations) that Sheriff David Morgan was more than just evil; his department was/is corrupt to the very core. And the State Attorney’s Office was/is the gate keepers to all of this corruption. One would think that I am crazy, when I have proof that one very pricey criminal defense attorney seems to be getting some sort of kick back- from the prison prison industry. All paths lead right back to Florida’s Shadow Economy. Escambia County simply decided to replace these heads, and keep right with their Mafia Style Crime Rings- without missing a beat.
