For those who do not know as of yet, Leonard Gonzalez Sr (Lenny) passed away yesterday morning. His death was preventable and a result of longstanding corruption in Escambia County. Lenny had issues; he had various mental diseases, such as paranoid schizophrenia, delusions, and some time hallucinations. In a car accident many years ago, Lenny suffered permanent brain damage. A highly intelligent “mischievous man” became, a shell of who he was prior. He self-medicated because he was aware of the dissent into what we call “madness”. To us he was crazy as hell but as an American citizen, regardless of his condition, his conditions should have never been exploited by Sheriff Morgan and his lynch mob. Now, as a result, he is dead–too early.
I FOUGHT FOR THIS MAN TO BE ABLE TO DIE AT HOME.
HIS FAMILY HAS BECOME MY FAMILY.
WHILE I HAD MIXED FEELINGS FOR THE CRAZY BASTARD, HE WAS A HUMAN WHO HAD A RIGHT TO LIFE AND LIBERTY, WHICH MORGAN, EDDINS AND GEEKER DENIED.
THIS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! LEONARD GONZALEZ SR WAS INNOCENT. I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL THAT IS KNOWN.
