ECSO Litmus Test

_{EDITORIAL: I want to acknowledge the handling of a serious matter, a little less than 2 weeks ago. My son, who lives in Pensacola, was missing and possibly endangered. I was apprehensive about involving ECSO due to my history with the leadership. However, Chip Simmons, Investigator Lee and Sgt Calogero were fantastic. My son is fine, but I was a wreck. I will never forget what they did.}

_{Having said that, I am still compelled to post on issues I believe are public worthy regarding the agency. Chip’s personnel decisions and actions or inactions, still will ripple through history. I will not pull punches on this matter, because someone should.}

Now that the ball is in Chip Simmons’s court, we will all be able to see if he is more of the same (ie Morgan) or whether he will turn the agency around as is hoped. It appears he is riding the fence on the most recent morally bankrupt employee, David Craig. Craig has recently been on administrative leave. It is alleged he exposed himself to a little girl. Can’t confirm for sure but knowing Craig’s history, this certainly fits the pattern of inappropriate actions he has had in the past.

Right after Craig was hired in January of 2009, he immediately began abusing the trust that should be associated with working for a law enforcement agency.

To a layperson, this seems like a string of misdeeds that should not be punished by anything less than termination. Destroying evidence? Fake badge? Interfering with Investigation? Dissemination of official personnel records by someone without the authority to access those records legitimately?

In early 2015, I received an email from a source about Craig:

Hey Jimmie, just thought of something when I saw your comment about chatting with David Craig on Facebook. Are you aware that David was a Reserve Deputy but lost his certificate for policy violations? And, that he contributed a ton of his BLAB tv show time to Morgan during his first campaign and some during the second campaign? Morgan created a job for Craig with a starting salary roughly $10,000 over what a starting deputy makes. I started getting complaints on Craig from Investigations in regards to his interfering with several investigations. The Captain of Investigations at the time, sent me a letter asking me to stop Craig’s getting involved before he blew a case. After several other complaints, one from his immediate supervisor, another Investigator and a complaint about Craig impersonating a law enforcement officer, I went to Morgan. Morgan refused to involve himself in Craig’s situation, other than to tell me to just warn him to be careful. I eventually wrote Craig up and warned him that if he continued to talk to witnesses, take pictures of suspects homes, and other such activities he could be arrested. Craig also has a Domestic Violence past and I’m correct he is not allowed to carry a firearm but does and Morgan knows this. Craig acted as a Bodyguard for Morgan during his election campaigns and carried a gun on him then.

Since then, I have been approached by witnesses who claimed that Craig was banned from the Creighton Road Walmart for urinating in public, and thus exposing himself to shoppers. Somehow or another, even after PPD was on the scene, Morgan was notified and got the PPD to not issue a report. The witnesses heard the call on the scanner and showed up to witness firsthand the covering up of this offense. There is no report or any paper trail on this other than the witnesses, which doesn’t surprise anyone.

I am also hoping to see Chip step up to deal with Steve Cappas. The man confessed to tampering with evidence in the Joe Zarzaur case for the Rodgers twins. Lest we forget.

And Mike Gilmore. He failed to act on information regarding a missing child. Let a lead sit in a file for 2 years, knowing the witness saw the girl in a sex trafficking setting. Not even a footnote in his file.

There are so many issues with personnel. If Chip doesn’t step up and eradicate the vermin, he is just as bad as that vermin. One bad apple ruins the whole bunch, right? What about 3-4 bad apples?

No dignity

Do not take any of this as personal. It is not intended to offend any person. It is an observation. The admin staff has some folks that always had the respect of the people they worked with as cops. They were people that others considered able and willing to be good cops. Then comes Morgan.

Morgan slips into the mix and things begin to change. He was hiding behind others because he had no law enforcement knowledge to pull from. He used others to protect him from being identified as the incompetent CEO that he is. When things went wrong he destroyed their life and careers. He called it “tough choices” and tried to create a belief he was really the one in charge. He isn’t and never will be. He has sacrificial lambs that he throws out when something goes really wrong.

He reached a point that EH was the next in line. EH has an agenda of his own and it showed in his failed attempt to be the shot caller. What he did do was manage to make all of the people that had respect fear him. They allowed greed and fear to dictate what decisions they made and didn’t recognize it was a mistake to follow such a weak leader. They were only concerned with moving upward. They lost respect and relationships because EH knew he had to separate the strong and neutralize their influence on the deputies that followed them. It worked because they turned their back on everyone and became the “leaders” EH said they should be.

Now EH has dismantled the ECSO to the point that we can’t function close to what is needed. He has created a very dangerous situation and had people believing the generation changes caused it. That would be a good excuse if it was occurring everywhere and not just in Escambia county. He created fear for the staff and fed them the information to assist in the process. They followed because they don’t want to lose their spot. They knew it was wrong but would stand up and take the chance of paying the price for crossing the furor.

How does this end? EH will walk away with a fat high five. He will muddle around until he gets his retirement and pretend he was a competent leader. He will make some money on that by teaching and talking about stuff he never did or better never could do.

Those who compromised their beliefs to be part of the crowd gets to see the ladder they were climbing get pushed over. Morgan will peddle their jobs put to those willing to play his game. Those who dedicated their careers to this place will be tossed out. It is exactly like he said in his first campaign. He doesn’t believe there are any competent people here and used all of you. You lost so much trying to be good enough for the puppet master. Your were not and never could have been. Of all that you lost the one thing you could never recover is your dignity. It is sad that you all allowed that and even became a part of the plan to rid yourself out of a job.

It will not matter. None of those people have it in them to admit when they are wrong. The embarrassment would be too much. They continue on allowing the same bullshit happen by the same people. Once you lose your dignity you slowly die or wither on the vine. I would believe he says exactly that.

Think about who you are talking about. EH, SA, SH, FF, BC, TY, TG, LD, to identify a few. In that crowd you have a wife beater, drunk, cry baby, one that’s always been lazy and avoided work, a selfish fat con man, and the leader of them has NEVER been a cop. He in fact does all he can to trash talk cops and tells everyone he doesn’t trust cops because they are liars. How does a man who beat his wife to the point of needing medical attention ever stay a cop much less a ranking cop? Then you have another that is such a baby he fights in court for months over wedding gifts because he could only married to her for a couple of hours. That is so hard to believe. Then you have one that can’t pay people enough to work for him and he does things to act like he is so professional. Why wouldn’t his boss ask the question of why he has a person that no deputy wants to work for ever. Is it because he is a little fat man with a bad attitude or because he talks about people behind their back. Maybe because he treats people like trash or pulls his gun out on them and acts like playing with a gun is ok. His boss don’t care because he is always drunk. A pathetic group. Embarrassing to the agency. If they had any trait close to being a man they would walk away for the way they have raped our employees for their good and nothing more. They will get a dose of their own medicine one day when they are on the hook having to answer for the wrongs they have continued to commit. Maybe if DOJ or somebody will look and see they are terrible people with no conscious and should never be in the places they are now. It wouldn’t be soon enough if it happened today.

Escambia Citizens Watch=Escambia Gossip Clique

Last week, as many people know, James Scaminaci endorsed a post of mine on FB-Escambia Citizens Watch. I have been blocked from that group so I did not see any of this unfolding until I looked at through a friend’s FB login. I only went there to get a copy of the shifty little degree Morgan claims is an MBA after Webster UNIVERSITY told me they had no record; technically that was true. He doesn’t have an MBA and he had the year wrong as well as the name of the institution–WEBSTER COLLEGE. While it is the same place, for the purposes of quality assurance, that fact may have been one of the issues in verification as it was prior to a major shift from college to university–a watershed moment in their history, but I digress.

In looking at the posts of the unfolding of this whole thing, I became very aware of the cattiness of community. I posted a correction, but the group does not acknowledge that. It is made to look like James corrected me while, in point of fact, he was correcting himself. This fact is not seen, but I suppose I didn’t expect it to be. You see, this “free speech” group doesn’t allow me to see any of this. To clarify, James did not “catch me” in a lie, nor did he do anything extraordinary as he talked to the same person but received a different answer to the same question for reasons that are not clear. While I acknowledge and corrected myself, the “free speechers”, led by Richard White and David Craig mocked me and my blog. They talked about me as if I was someone who fell off the turnip truck in a crazed vendetta against Morgan, after being dismissed by reliable people like Rick Outzen and Little Dickie White, while I compulsively talk about the Billings’ Murders.

Usually what other people say about me I regard as none of my business, however, I am regrettably disappointed by my peer, James Scaminaci for his part in this. He posted this in a place where I could not defend myself or do anything to accurately portray the circumstances. He misstated that Morgan’s degree of an MBA was verified as it was not. I was correct in my wording and I stand by it as such.

Also, I wanted to address the postings and comments of the peanut gallery. I am involved in the Pensacola political arena because I am interrelated to the area, the people and the issues. It is my hometown. Most of my friends live there still. My “obsession” with the Billings’ case is even more basic. I am human. In my own curiosity over this case–AS IT UNFOLDED–I educated myself with the facts of the case as I was taking predominantly criminology classes at Eastern Michigan University from men who have LEGITIMATE DEGREES FROM NAMED SCHOOLS, who have wrote books on the subject and even presided over national-interest cases. When I didn’t find one shred of real evidence that someone I knew, Patrick Gonzalez Jr, was guilty, as a human I could not sit by idly and watch him be put to death for a crime he did not commit. We are all interrelated in mutuality on this Earth, so whatever injustice is done to one, it is done to all. That is an assertion made by our founding fathers as well as Martin Luther King Jr. in his “Letter from Birmingham Jail”. “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere”.

In that understanding, I have used my time to research this case because it means something to me.The problem doesn’t just appear in this case. I assert that it is a systematic breakdown in the justice system everywhere. A death penalty case started and completed in 3 days is one fact that says it all. How could this elaborate case be reduced to 3 days when the question of life or death is involved? What justice could that possibly entail? Two co-conspirators saying he did it to protect their self-interest and the confession of a mentally ill man who did not immediately confess but did so off the record after 3 days of being held without proper representation or medication; he was legally not able to make the confession they based the case on because of his mental impairment. You wouldn’t have a child under the age of 13 testify after being held without communication with a legal guardian, so why would you hold a mentally incompetent man without a lawyer for 3 days?

There is a feasting on the weak in this case. Young African American boys who confessed after being told they would receive the death penalty if they didn’t testify and a mentally handicapped and impaired person held, without medication, who makes some impromptu confession (unrecorded) to Bill Eddins directly. This man was held for 2 years without a plea deal as leverage over the other men in custody until they were adjudicated. This man lost his life over this. He died in prison of malnutrition from improper treatment of throat cancer.

NONE OF THIS IS RIGHT. So I use my time to try to make a difference.

Escambia Citizens Watch, I say, shame on you for not seeing what you should have seen right in front of you. Morgan is a FRAUD. EVERY CASE HE TOUCHED SHOULD BE REINVESTIGATED.

Finally to all involved in this little clique of gossip and misinformation, I say FUCK YOU. Read a book or invest your time into something substantial. Prove me the fuck wrong… Oh and by way, got something to say? By all means, say it to ME.

VMO2016 #7 Morgan Lives in a Glass House

In an Independent News Cover Story from Sept. 4, 2008, Rick Outzen writes:

“The Morgan campaign strategy was simple. ‘We made no secret that I was going to stand in front of people and tell the truth about the administration of this sheriff. I knew if we could get the information in front of enough people we would win,’ says Morgan. ‘We needed to communicate effectively that McNesby’s record needs a second look.'”

When I read this, I have to admit, I laughed out loud. Morgan has never stood up in front of ANY administration and told the truth about anything. As we already substantiated, he lies on pathological basis. He claims any number of things including his own belief in term limits & not to elect him, should he go “stupid”, yet he then contradicts himself or flat out succumbs to arrogance and runs for a third term.

Sir David claims that McNesby’s record needs a second look, while his record shows that he gives ill-equipped officers guns to put 16 bulletholes in an unarmed suspect and his vehicle for reaching for a cigarette; he also infamously made newspapers for being ill-informed and arrogantly making broad, generalizing statements like “it’s witchcraft” or that Muslims are like Nazis. That is his record.

His fiduciary accountability is questionable in that he donated money that is not his in return for monies funneled into his campaign like Brownsville; this is researched and documented by CJ’s Street Report.

So while McNesby had questionable ethics, Sir David has far exceeded him in that race. His minion David Craig even eluded to the fact that Morgan stole the election over McNesby.

In the same article mentioned above, this is another excerpt that is curious:

‘”We went into the election day knowing that we were going to win by 10 points or more,’ David Craig interjects. The actual margin of victory was 13.4 percentage points, or 3,211 votes. In the 2004 Republican primary, McNesby beat Morgan by 34 points.”

How could anyone possibly know they were going to win going into election day? Or exactly what the spread would be?

McNesby may have done some unethical things but it appears Morgan’s first official criminal act was manipulating election results.

Time for More Campaign Shenanigans

My Fellow Floridians, the time has come for all men to be vigilant & alert to charlatans. David Craig, Community Policing Coordinator/Communications Director/Major of the Escambia County Sheriff’s office is going to be starting his “crisis managing” by trying to fix yet another election. By his own words to Rick Outzen, he called Sheriff Morgan’s first victory spread with a HIGH degree of accuracy before anybody in the county voted. An amazing feat such as this and of course, his high quality work on Doug Underhill’s campaign, set a pattern of activity that is sure to be re-surfacing here soon. Being a self-proclaimed “crisis manager” (which encompasses providing false information to the media under any one of his fictitious titles at the Sheriff’s department or just a renegade crook), should make Escambia County voters weary of any info coming from this puppet of Sheriff Morgan’s. What is the old saying? He only lies when he talks.

It seems if you are an ethically challenged former certified officer who was neutered by FDLE for bad behavior, or a freaky sexual predator, you can get a job at the Sheriff’s office. Also if you are willing to brown nose enough about how pretty Sheriff Morgan is, he will create a job for you with hella-good pay (better than deputies) or he will create a job for your “girlfriend” like he did for Rick Outzen. As long as you are ok with being Morgan’s bitch, you too can have a cushy job like David Craig or Sena Maddison.

Sheriff Morgan & the Mannings: The Honorable David Morgan Knew All the Details

This case just gets more deprecating the more facts that are released. Two sources at the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office, confirm that the minors that were sexually assaulted by the Mannings and Sheriff Deputies, were the twin daughters of Leah Manning by a previous marriage. One of the 17 year old’s thought she was pregnant, presumably by one of the 2 deputies involved in this circus of a case. The same 2 sources have also confirmed that between 10 & 12 OTHER deputies, including 4 lieutenants and 1 commander, have participated in sexual activities with the Mannings. It is unknown how many of those deputies have had sexual contact or molested the teenage daughters.

The truth of the matter is this lifestyle is common knowledge and tolerated at the Sheriff’s department and the arrest of the 2 deputies was only prompted by a Gulf Coast Children’s Home Society tip about the pregnancy of the one of the teens. The child advocacy group’s their insistence on action being taken is the only reason this story ever broke. The depths of the Morgan knowledge is non-deniable as it is rumored he may also be a party to such a lifestyle which is completely legal as long as the participants are consenting and of age of consent. Unfortunately, this kind of sexual deviance tends to be progressive in the directions which it tends to advance. For example, there is higher probability of participation in pornographic videos, photos and other more salacious sexual predilections of which child exploitation and child pornography are on the periphery.

The fact that the Sheriff would not root out any and all deputies who may have violated the teens is one of the most reprehensible act and the aura of culpability around this Sheriff and his boys in blue cannot be tolerated. These are the public servants Escambia County citizens look to for safety. Would you trust your kids in their presence? I damn sure wouldn’t.

Is there any doubt why this Sheriff and his “Good Ole Boys” including his puppets Rick Outzen and David Craig along with Bill Eddins (who allows for this sort of behavior) should not be run out of town on a rail? Rick Outzen won’t report on it and David Craig will try to minimize it while Bill Eddins sweeps it all under the rug. C’mon Escambia County, wake up! Are you really going to re-elect these people?

Deviance Pensacola Style—-UPDATED

Mr. Morgan, Mr. Haines, Mr. Craig,

I think it’s time to put all the cards on the table. I have been reminded by quite a few of your colleagues that your aim is to destroy people who cross you. I have been warned you will do your damnedest to ruin me or discredit me. And I also know historically from the news, about how you set up and ruined former Dothan Police Chief, John Powell’s career with your collusion with Bill Eddins. It is not lost on me that during that case something seemed to change the course of the playing field. It appears at some point Mr. Eddins either got “cold feet” or somehow the “dropping of the other shoe” slowed his case. Don’t know what that was but, to be sure, I will find out.

Then there is your persecution of Rex Blackburn and Gene Valentino. Men who merely questioned your competency. In case you didn’t realize that we all have that right in this country but you use Mr. Haines and Mr. Craig to dirty their own hands in your missions to seek out destroy the “haters”.

I know about why you left the Air Force, how your wife played a role in that. I know about your step-children, Blaze & Rose, who willingly participated in “sexual racketeering” in my former hometown of Pensacola. I know about the so-called rocket explosion you allege you saved people, but where strangely, your name was forgotten the official reports or in the media. I know you fancy yourself a TV star with those pearly whites and shiny metals. I know about some crazy ass run around you plan on making to get Governor Scott to appoint Eric Haines, after your “win” this next election while you try to make your way into higher politics within the state. I’m sure Mr. Craig’s clairvoyance, as he puts it, will be involved but know that will be under a microscope this time when the people of Pensacola are “assured of a win” before any votes have been cast. Again, remember you pissed off enough people Shiny Medal, Pearly White Mr. Morgan; there will be a microscope over your every action from this day forward–from the inside of your nest of corruption throughout the community.

So now that we know about you. I wanted give you some background on me. You seem to like to use people’s secrets to try to discredit them. I have no secrets Mr. Morgan but I have a hell of a colorful past. I didn’t grow up in house with a conventional family. My family was scary and dysfunction, at least on the Maddox side (which is the same Mattox family I think you recognize from the attorney in Tallahassee).

I am the daughter of Jim Barnett, a man who ran numbers from Sammy Fiorella, founder of Sammy’s Gentlemen’s Club in Birmingham in the 1950’s. I am the niece ofMichael Maddox, who was deadly con man. He is probably the most colorful person in the family. God rest his soul. In 1985, he was a millionaire twice over (before and after serving 9 years in Terminal Island for RICO violations) in Los Angeles; he owned a business Goldex, Inc. He defrauded millions from people but he dabbled in other industries. He trafficked cocaine and arms within the Medellin Cartel. I can recall as a child, him flying into Birmingham without a call or anything-just out of nowhere with his son, who is my age. He rented a car and had to do business in Atlanta and New Orleans. He did them as day trips as to be home for dinner with my mother and I. His business partner in Atlanta, Maxy (Max Mermelstein) was the money man and he worked with another man Harry (Berkenthal). Both I know, now, were accountants for Pablo Escobar.His day trip to New Orleans was with Joey Marcello (son of Carlos Marcello). My uncle referred to himself jovially as a “Cocaine Cowboy“. It wasn’t until I was an adult I understood the fullness of that statement.

My mother worked for the Alexiou family in Birmingham. I was at the wedding of Hedy Alexiou to Carlos Levya Beltran (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carlos_Beltr %C3%A1n_Leyva). That is my history, or legacy as it were. I have never been arrested; I am not a sexual deviant but before you take any measure against me maybe you should consider who is still on my Christmas card list. Who remembers that sweet little girl I was with strawberry blonde hair and ponytails that people tried to protect. Hell, I had bodyguards when I was 8 years old. Please do some fact checking into these names. You will need good clearance as most of these people where in classified federal files, DEA, ATF, IRS. RICO violations brought most of them down but their families are still alive and well and love sitting down talking about the glory days of the their colorful pasts. So when you start trying to trump up some charges against me, which would absolutely make my day, you may want to consider the fallout. What did you say to Mr. Valentino, on that voicemail? Something about “a flak vest and helmet because there will be fireworks”.

The point of this post was supposed to enlighten people on sexual deviance. It doesn’t simply spring up. People don’t have kids that just up and decide to be porn stars. There is usually abuse, exposure or a certain amount of condoned behavior that leads to these things. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree and when you see how rotten the apple is, you must question the nature of the tree it came from.

This point also ties in with the actions of the subordinates under Morgan. Just as children reflect their parents to some degree. It is reasonable to say that employees only fall under the standards to which they are kept. Morality is obvious absent in these deputies. So what deviancy are they following? To the naysayers, children and subordinates acting in the same fashion, morally corrupt and absent of discipline cannot be 2 coincidences under the same fine leadership. It appears to be a pattern of behavior. We are judged by the fruit that we bear. Mr. Morgan, your fruit, both of your home and office, stinks. Common sense can lead to the conclusion of what that fruit says about the tree.

Deviance Pensacola Style

I feel like we have a good little discussion going on the ethical lapse in Pensacola. My specialty, besides criminology, is psychology. Deviance intrigues me. I developed a curiosity in understand why people do what they do. Just to give you a little background, (so you know I know of what I speak),

The intent of this post is to look into your family Mr. Morgan. Your step-children, Gregory William Demetreon and Antoinette M. Demetreon ( Porn names: Blaze & Rose) are said to be willing participants in sexual racketeering. Now, in psychological terms, the deviance defined by the children (or step-children) is usually in direct relation to the deviance they have been exposed to. When I cogitate on that fact, I then look at your associates, such as Arety Kapetanis, who is person who is in the sex industry. That is no secret. Then to see your deputies and lascivious behavior of the deputies in the news the last few weeks, along with Deputy Majors who also was a sexual predator, I have to say with all the information of the people with whom you surround yourself, I think you may fall into the sexual deviance category. It seems logical that the dog that lays down with other dogs who have fleas will end up having fleas himself. So what do you think? Logic infers that there is a sexual deviance problem in close proximity to the highest officer of the law in Escambia County. Why then would anyone think you are not just as deviant?

If you get real still you can hear it, the sound of the bellows coming from the Sheriff’s office. I have been “poking the bear” for a couple of weeks now. I started with Rick Outzen, David Morgan’s mouthpiece and his Public Records Officers. Then with my article on PanhandlePolitico.com, “What is Wrong with Escambia County Law Enforcement?

The Dastardly Davids are in an uproar. Eric Haines, Escambia County Chief Deputy was a bit bent out of shape at what he said in another article in the PNJ, which I used for this article. But here’s the thing? Why get so upset? People do this all the time. I’m just pointing out the obvious. Working under the reign of Sir Morgan, has proven to be a joke. If he had not created his own caricature, no one could use it against him. Mr. Craig is evidently too busy playing with his drone invading the privacy of the residents of Pensacola privacy to notice he was getting looked at under a microscope.

Some people are so enthralled with their own “greatness” that they fail to see what is around them. I think this has been the case here.

Pensacola Uprising

It has been brought to my attention that the climate in Pensacola regarding Sheriff David Morgan (I like to call him “The Media Whore”, but that’s just me) and Sleazy Bill Eddins (Again that is my thoughts, I think we are still allowed to say opinions, right?). It seems their arrogance and overconfidence in the GOB (Good Ole Boy) System makes them remarkably reckless. Now everybody knows Morgan pisses people off with his complete ethical disregard of standards over his deputies or for that matter any amount of oversight and supervision. Let’s just thing of the man with 15 bullet holes in his car in his own driveway in the middle of the night, purely in error or the little boy on a bicycle in Brownsville that was tasered by a moving patrol car that then ran over the boy as he fell to the ground again when the boy, just as the man in his yard was guilty of nothing provable.

Then Mr. Eddins…well what can I say….he is a political glutton with no conscious who falls in alignment with whatever his cronies tell him to including falsifying grand juries that did not take place. I am referring to the testimony supposedly given in Patrick Gonzalez Jr.s trial. He interviewed Frederick Thornton without counsel or recording said interview took notes to the grand jury without documentation in the presence of Corey Aittama, his lead investigator. Now this grand jury with no testimony documented or witnesses taken from the jail was given to David Rimmer who was “acting” as the judge over the grand jury “to fill a vacancy” but it’s ok because Nick Geeker approved it. To me, in Pensacola, no one’s word can be trusted. It seems to me that this grand jury—IF IT DID TAKE PLACE– was a mockery of justice with the conspirators involved calling the shots. Either way that indictment should not have been granted; it was absent of justice and with no indictment, it seems like anything that proceeded from the fruit of that fake planted palm is non-existent.

Then you have David Craig, the stoner, who either is not supervised himself or acting in direct collusion screwing with press releases, leaking a timeline and suspects that Deputy Tama Barber testifies were never developed at that point they appeared on the CNN. Being the Community/Communication Director for the Sheriff’s office, it would seem like Mr. Craig has some “splaining” to do.

But even in the face of all this, Morgan leaves County Commissioner Gene Valentino a threatening voicemail which has to do with the jail being taken from under his control. By the way, has anyone thought of the fact, the jail being under Commission control and “exploding” may or may not have been a veiled threat from our fine Sheriff? Seems convenient to show that the jail was in the commission’s “reckless” hands. It was a ploy that ultimately by an “act of God” got the Lenny Gonzalez’s van destroyed due to water contamination. Kinda hard to prove that wasn’t the van used in the Billing’s murder if it has been destroyed and the actual van disappeared that was found at the weigh station.

I think ex-Sheriff McNesby and the many other people like John Powell and maybe former deputy Chris Baggett Sheriff Morgan stupidly crossed in his misguided God complex should bond together. The enemy of my enemy is my friend and it seems there are so many of them. Mr. Morgan, maybe you should get a flak helmet…there’s gonna be blood in the water.
