“MAJOR DRUG BUST” Purely Accidental

Sir David got some face time with this drug bust done several days ago. He was out of town at a marketing conference in New Orleans. This also allowed him time to develop this overblown story of a 4 year investigation that culminated in the seizure of $500K of drugs. There are many details of this “investigation” that are being propagated & are false.

To clarify, this pursuit may have been originated 4 years ago, but was it continually worked and on-going? The answer is yes and no. The dealer, Alfred Hayes, went by the nickname “E”. E has been tracked by a “stingray”. The deputies got a line that a deal was going down but prematurely hit the house only to find the money for drugs and no actual drugs. The money “was seized” but no arrests were made and paradoxically, the money was never recorded at the ECSO.

This week, the “bust” in the spotlight, a source who was inside the holding area reported Melissa Buchanan was stopped on a routine traffic stop. No one knows her from Adam. She is in possession and trafficking of a quantity of methamphetamine and is taken into custody. In the holding room at the ECSO, she is overheard trying to cover her own ass to try to make a deal. She calls E but he’s callous as to her arrest but she gives him 30 minutes to arrange her release. After the time expired, in her panic and feeling of being shunned, she dimed him and his cousins out. E is the grandson of a woman that owns a nursing home. The family had been selling prescription drugs of people who had passed on. This is common knowledge in the community.

The prevarication of events in the press conference were a self-serving narrative developed over the days following these arrests for maximum political collateral for Sir David’s re-election efforts. An accidental arrest turned sting…not a prolonged investigative effort that finally paid off. Misdirection and misrepresentation of events…sounds vaguely familiar for the stories Sir David likes to deliver to the unknowing people of the county.

Last week, as many people know, James Scaminaci endorsed a post of mine on FB-Escambia Citizens Watch. I have been blocked from that group so I did not see any of this unfolding until I looked at through a friend’s FB login. I only went there to get a copy of the shifty little degree Morgan claims is an MBA after Webster UNIVERSITY told me they had no record; technically that was true. He doesn’t have an MBA and he had the year wrong as well as the name of the institution–WEBSTER COLLEGE. While it is the same place, for the purposes of quality assurance, that fact may have been one of the issues in verification as it was prior to a major shift from college to university–a watershed moment in their history, but I digress.

In looking at the posts of the unfolding of this whole thing, I became very aware of the cattiness of community. I posted a correction, but the group does not acknowledge that. It is made to look like James corrected me while, in point of fact, he was correcting himself. This fact is not seen, but I suppose I didn’t expect it to be. You see, this “free speech” group doesn’t allow me to see any of this. To clarify, James did not “catch me” in a lie, nor did he do anything extraordinary as he talked to the same person but received a different answer to the same question for reasons that are not clear. While I acknowledge and corrected myself, the “free speechers”, led by Richard White and David Craig mocked me and my blog. They talked about me as if I was someone who fell off the turnip truck in a crazed vendetta against Morgan, after being dismissed by reliable people like Rick Outzen and Little Dickie White, while I compulsively talk about the Billings’ Murders.

Usually what other people say about me I regard as none of my business, however, I am regrettably disappointed by my peer, James Scaminaci for his part in this. He posted this in a place where I could not defend myself or do anything to accurately portray the circumstances. He misstated that Morgan’s degree of an MBA was verified as it was not. I was correct in my wording and I stand by it as such.

Also, I wanted to address the postings and comments of the peanut gallery. I am involved in the Pensacola political arena because I am interrelated to the area, the people and the issues. It is my hometown. Most of my friends live there still. My “obsession” with the Billings’ case is even more basic. I am human. In my own curiosity over this case–AS IT UNFOLDED–I educated myself with the facts of the case as I was taking predominantly criminology classes at Eastern Michigan University from men who have LEGITIMATE DEGREES FROM NAMED SCHOOLS, who have wrote books on the subject and even presided over national-interest cases. When I didn’t find one shred of real evidence that someone I knew, Patrick Gonzalez Jr, was guilty, as a human I could not sit by idly and watch him be put to death for a crime he did not commit. We are all interrelated in mutuality on this Earth, so whatever injustice is done to one, it is done to all. That is an assertion made by our founding fathers as well as Martin Luther King Jr. in his “Letter from Birmingham Jail”. “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere”.

In that understanding, I have used my time to research this case because it means something to me.The problem doesn’t just appear in this case. I assert that it is a systematic breakdown in the justice system everywhere. A death penalty case started and completed in 3 days is one fact that says it all. How could this elaborate case be reduced to 3 days when the question of life or death is involved? What justice could that possibly entail? Two co-conspirators saying he did it to protect their self-interest and the confession of a mentally ill man who did not immediately confess but did so off the record after 3 days of being held without proper representation or medication; he was legally not able to make the confession they based the case on because of his mental impairment. You wouldn’t have a child under the age of 13 testify after being held without communication with a legal guardian, so why would you hold a mentally incompetent man without a lawyer for 3 days?

There is a feasting on the weak in this case. Young African American boys who confessed after being told they would receive the death penalty if they didn’t testify and a mentally handicapped and impaired person held, without medication, who makes some impromptu confession (unrecorded) to Bill Eddins directly. This man was held for 2 years without a plea deal as leverage over the other men in custody until they were adjudicated. This man lost his life over this. He died in prison of malnutrition from improper treatment of throat cancer.

NONE OF THIS IS RIGHT. So I use my time to try to make a difference.

Escambia Citizens Watch, I say, shame on you for not seeing what you should have seen right in front of you. Morgan is a FRAUD. EVERY CASE HE TOUCHED SHOULD BE REINVESTIGATED.

Finally to all involved in this little clique of gossip and misinformation, I say FUCK YOU. Read a book or invest your time into something substantial. Prove me the fuck wrong… Oh and by way, got something to say? By all means, say it to ME.

Meet Your Strawman

The HONORABLE David Morgan, Sir David, has taken the people for Escambia for a ride. Although that may be common knowledge, when I was talking to a colleague about Sir David’s dense, lack of understanding of the statute that regulates the spending of the LET Fund (or as he might refer to it, his incentive account for his campaign election), the point was made that Sir David cannot do this on his own. There has to be people on the Escambia Board of Commissioners signing off on that. Well we know about the Doug Underhill “friendship”, but the person who appears to have signed off on much of the mass spending over the last couple of years is Lumon May.

So I went through 2012-15 LET Funds to see if there may be some GOB politics (one hand washing of the other) with Lumon and the LET donations by the ECSO. I was shocked to see that while the donations seem to go to noteworthy charities, there is a reciprocation. I noted that there was some huge donations over that time to certain agencies and the lack of funding of others. Here is what I found:

Now the May Brothers (Lumon & LuTimothy’s) organizations made a huge jump while Gulf Coast Kids House received a drastic reduction. Not to mention, the nearly $7K in church and booster club money that has no impact on anything relevant to this fund.

Now look at the next 2 years:

Gulf Coast Kids House is the most prominent difference (thanks to the payoff for the deputy sex scandal). The May Brothers went down, because the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners has shifted…coincidence?

There are other things that were horrible abuses of the fund that don’t fit the statutory obligations of the fund, like 2014, Fil-Am Social Club received $7000, Pensacola Inflatables received $1180 under private organization money; 2015-Blue Angels got $20K, Brownsville Assembly of God got $2500 for a church van and again the $10K over 2 years of school booster and Marcus Point Baptist Church donations and another $5K in strictly church organizations like the friggin’ Men’s Barn Dance. Really? This money is supposed to be ear-marked for crime prevention programs, community safety, drug prevention and training material to better the deputies….not this non-sense. Buying votes and influence is a toxic waste of funds.

While Escambia County becomes increasingly more dangerous and closer and closer to bankrupting itself on frivolous money wasted, your Sheriff, the HONORABLE Sir David, is spending money on everything but the community. He is charitable with taxpayers’ money but not his own…kinda funny how that works. Most certainly it has been favorable for Lumon & LuTimothy May. From 2012-2015, these organizations who are so honored to be affiliated to this family received $39,000+.

A Call to Action for Escambia County

Quote from a press conference 3/10/16 after a sting in Brownsville:

“You don’t have a law enforcement problem here you you’ve got a societal issue.”

I was absolutely floored that Sir David continues to blame the community for the crime problems. In a raid of Brownsville, they arrested 12 people who had been arrested some 49 times collectively. “We are doing our jobs by arresting them. This is a community problem.”

There are so many things wrong with that thought process. First of all, arresting criminals does not deter crime. The idea is to stop the crime prior to that arrest. If patrols are out interacting with the citizens of a county in a combined effort, crime is lower. If you are proactive in a community, you don’t have to be reactive as this Sheriff is. Has he not read anything on criminal justice? When you see an area turned around from crime-ridden to crime-free, they universally use specific components to succeed. As I mentioned, establish a law enforcement presence through patrolling AND working with the community. If the community does not work with police, neither will be successful. Get the deputies out in the area meeting and interacting the community.

Secondly, directed patrol in “hot spots” at “hot times”. This prevents the crime prior to arrest. It makes it harder to be a criminal if the police are constantly where they do business. The presence of this uniformly in the county results in a safer county.

Thirdly, lead from the top. A fish rots from the head down. Without strong leadership, you have ineffective policing. Morgan has shown he does not have a clue as to how to fix this mess he created. His second in command, Chief Deputy Haines, has no practical investigative or policing knowledge. He spends his time policing social media. With these two role models, there is no clear directive. It’s like kids with two parents who aren’t around, what kind of stability or discipline can the child draw on, when they never see it in practice?

Lastly, funding actual activities within the community to detour crime is supposed to be what the LET (Law Enforcement Trust) Fund is geared toward specifically. News Flash! The people Sir David is investing in are not doing anything to detour crime. Maybe he needs to worry more about doing his job and less with getting campaign and/or private money in his pocket. Fund after school programs, put more money into measures for neighborhood watch programs, DARE, MADD etc. But ultimately putting more money into deputies in problematic communities on a consistent basis—not just for a “sting”—will be the key to lowering crime.

These are common sense things. The head of the Sheriff’s office has been decomposing since 2009 and it’s working its way down in the form of loss of massive amounts of deputies. Some were bad apples but most were good guys who couldn’t lower themselves to the incompetence. One of the first moves is to get Haines off his ass and in the community. He needs to know the people in the problem areas. His face should be out there with the men under him

Ultimately, the decay of society as Morgan claims is an anathema for all of us. Every state and county has the problems. Escambia is not unique. The people there aren’t bad as Morgan’s claiming. He’s outright saying YOU, THE RESIDING CITIZEN, ARE THE PROBLEM. You didn’t raise your kids right. You didn’t do everything you could to make the community safe. That is a cop out. Society has changed, yes, but you know what? The safest county in Florida is doing something to counteract that by forward thinking law enforcement. Proactive policing, having a presence in each community. The deputies should be acquainting themselves to the people in their area. You should see them periodically through your neighborhood. You should know which deputy is in your area.

The residents can’t fix the crime; it’s on Sir David to provide a following of proactive deputies who know their jobs and do it. GET OUT OF THE CARS! Don’t wait for a crime to happen put someone in the “hot spots” patrolling. In turn that “hot spot” will move and you put people in the new location, eventually pushing outside this county. That is law enforcement. Not waiting for a robbery or murder and arresting people over and over.

To Sir David: Stop the crime before it happens. That’s what you get paid handsomely to do. When you say it is not your problem, you are disrespecting every person breathing air in the county. You are pushing the problem onto the citizens rather than accepting the responsibility of your oath of office. Since you don’t seem to understand that, you need to get the f**k out of the seat.

The National Institute of Justice, under the Dept. of Justice says this:

Basic principles of CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) include target hardening (controlling access to neighborhoods and buildings and conducting surveillance on specific areas to reduce opportunities for crime to occur) and territorial reinforcement (increasing the sense of security in settings where people live and work through activities that encourage informal control of the environment). Most community policing models include the decentralization of police services, the collaboration of police departments with other city agencies (such as parks or utility departments) to resolve problems, and regular police-citizen dialog about perceived problems

Police can:

Conduct security surveys for residents and provide security improvements such as adequate lighting and locks.
Conduct park patrols and patrols of other public spaces to eliminate crime and drug use.
Use their substations to inform residents of high-risk locations in the neighborhood.
Work with urban planners and architects to review the designs and plans in order to enhance community security.
Prepare educational materials for building owners and managers to deal with problem tenants and enhance the livability and security of rental units. These materials are useful because they address not only the manner in which the physical environment is designed but also how the environment can be managed more effectively to enhance public safety.
Control traffic flow to reduce the use of streets by criminals and enhance neighborhood cohesion and resident interaction. Streets can be closed or traffic diverted to create residential enclaves that give residents greater control of their living environment.

The development of these initiatives affects various factors such as the level of communication and cooperation among police, city staff, and residents; the type, amount, and use of community education and orientation programs; and the methods by which crime prevention programs are described, measured, and evaluated. Currently, these factors apply more to law enforcement agencies because modifying a community policing model may require changes of significant magnitude.

While the Pensacola Opera may be entertaining, it does not meet the criteria of crime prevention programs or safe neighborhoods as outlined by statute to be funded by the Sheriff’s office. Nor does NAS. They have an awesome museum but it is not up to snuff for this funding.

Proper funding of deputies and community programs would aid in reducing crime statistics. The cronyism of paying your upper echelon of do-boys while claiming there is no money for raises to deputies is wrong. Buying a ticket to the society elite with law enforcement money that should be going into making the community safer is wrong. Until people see this, nothing will change.

GO TO THE NEXT ESCAMBIA COUNTY BOARD MEETING. THE COMMISSIONERS, PARTICULARLY LUMON MAY, SIGN OFF ON THESE RIDICULOUS, SELF-SERVING DONATIONS.

Since we cannot fix stupid in the Sheriff, let’s make his money people accountable. They allow him to do this with your money. Want to stop this frivolous spending? Go to the County Commissioners responsible for Morgan…that’s how you cut off his spending of Escambia dollars in return for campaign donations. You have a voice ESCAMBIA! Get your voice to the next meeting before it’s too late.

The Brick in the Wall is Wiggling

When people ask me how I expect to effect change in a place I no longer live, I tell them that I will do all I can do. I know this mission is bigger than I ever expected it to be or more massive than I could take on alone. I’ve been blessed with assistance from people who are more willing, today, to see what I have told them all along. There is a big wall of corruption in Escambia County that has been in place for generations. They’ve gotten sloppy; they have put a very weak-minded man to give the keys to the kingdom.

This big corrupt wall has a lose brick. That brick is Sir David. He cannot handle the reality of the situation that he has squandered his time and people’s resources in a fashion which makes him the weakest link in the chain or the loose rock in the wall. We all know if Morgan falls, he’s going to squeal like a stuck pig. He has no loyalty and was the very least equipped to be what the money men need him to be. He’s going to be found under a house or fall off the face of the planet. I believe that with all my heart.

We have seen this in the past with some of the previous “rats” in Escambia County. I don’t have to name names. You know whom I am referring. Sir David has crossed some very bad people in his need for attention without regard to the consequences. He is cracking under the pressure.

The problem here is that to be in political areas, to claim the ring as the prize of an elected position, you have to be able represent the people, be it one or million, you must have the balls to do what is necessary. These two little bitches both show the pouty lower lip, like little babies during a temper tantrum. Really Sandy? Really Fred? Is this who you think will be the guy to hold the political capital you are giving him?

The Angry Man@the GOP Sheriff Forum

Wow! That is the only thing I can say.

I read about John Johnson’s speech. It didn’t go as planned. He tried to make a point by asking if women and children felt safe going to Walmart after 9pm. The woman he asked didn’t play along. She said she did…OOPS!

Next I watched Doug Baldwin’s speech.

I was very impressed with Baldwin’s articulation, coolness and value based approach. While I don’t necessarily agree with his politics, he was very persuasive. Hell, one of Ronnie Mac’s biggest supporters told me he was there and he would have voted for Baldwin had the election been held that night. He was that swayed by Baldwin’s speech.

Then I watched this:

This is just an attack on the people of the county. Sir David has lost his shit! He’s an angry man. He has NOTHING positive to say and basically says “Don’t judge me; I didn’t want this job to begin with”.

To that I say, I agree…you should just move along, because you have just pillaged the people of Escambia County. His reluctance to be a politician was so overtly a lie. He’s always wanted to be the center of attention. His $30,000 smile is proof of that. Plus if he was so reluctant, why is he running for a third term since he clearly feels under-appreciated? No one buys that BS.

Yeah, you used county money to feed into religious organizations that, in turn, contributed to you. Should we look at each agency you donated to, compare the staff of said organization with donations within proximate timing of their campaign contributions to you and see how that shakes out?

Again he went on about “parsed words”.

Needless to say, my feelings in regards to his speech, was a bit angry at how he blamed everyone and said crime statistics don’t show Escambia County is a more dangerous place. Numbers don’t lie. This is just January – June 2015 compared to the entire year of 2014. Already there is a big disparity that is absolutely unexcuseable.

Mr. Morgan, coming from I’m sure what you’d call, “a coward behind a keyboard”, as a sheriff, you are a liar and a FAILURE. Your job is to make Escambia County safe…no, ifs ands, or buts. The buck stops with you. Can’t take the heat? Get out of the fire or the reluctantly held seat that you didn’t want to start with?

VMO2016 #7 Morgan Lives in a Glass House

In an Independent News Cover Story from Sept. 4, 2008, Rick Outzen writes:

“The Morgan campaign strategy was simple. ‘We made no secret that I was going to stand in front of people and tell the truth about the administration of this sheriff. I knew if we could get the information in front of enough people we would win,’ says Morgan. ‘We needed to communicate effectively that McNesby’s record needs a second look.'”

When I read this, I have to admit, I laughed out loud. Morgan has never stood up in front of ANY administration and told the truth about anything. As we already substantiated, he lies on pathological basis. He claims any number of things including his own belief in term limits & not to elect him, should he go “stupid”, yet he then contradicts himself or flat out succumbs to arrogance and runs for a third term.

Sir David claims that McNesby’s record needs a second look, while his record shows that he gives ill-equipped officers guns to put 16 bulletholes in an unarmed suspect and his vehicle for reaching for a cigarette; he also infamously made newspapers for being ill-informed and arrogantly making broad, generalizing statements like “it’s witchcraft” or that Muslims are like Nazis. That is his record.

His fiduciary accountability is questionable in that he donated money that is not his in return for monies funneled into his campaign like Brownsville; this is researched and documented by CJ’s Street Report.

So while McNesby had questionable ethics, Sir David has far exceeded him in that race. His minion David Craig even eluded to the fact that Morgan stole the election over McNesby.

In the same article mentioned above, this is another excerpt that is curious:

‘”We went into the election day knowing that we were going to win by 10 points or more,’ David Craig interjects. The actual margin of victory was 13.4 percentage points, or 3,211 votes. In the 2004 Republican primary, McNesby beat Morgan by 34 points.”

How could anyone possibly know they were going to win going into election day? Or exactly what the spread would be?

McNesby may have done some unethical things but it appears Morgan’s first official criminal act was manipulating election results.

VMO 2016 #6-Sheriff Morgan is All About Double-Talk

Sir David is the King of Contradiction, or Hypocrisy, Flip-Flopery, if you like. When he gets questioned about something he said, his favorite excuse is “I did not say that” or “What I said was taken out of context”. That within itself shows the lack of responsibility for words he careless uses regarding that come back to bite him in the ass.

Running for Sheriff
When Sir David filed for Sheriff, I had to laugh, because he spoke to the Pensacola Biz Net Aug 4, 2011 & he made the following statement:

“I believe in term limits from the top of my head to the bottom of my feet….. You lose touch with reality when you’re spending other people’s money. So that’s why I’m a big advocate of term limits…..term limits.I believe in term limits from the top of my head to the bottom of my feet… We have to stop putting our county down…we have alot of problems in Escambia County. Take the Billings Case…..I encourage you to follow that case through to end of the last prosecute, then ask for the public record of how much it cost us, the taxpayers. It cost hundreds of thousands of dollars if not millions of dollars”

“I would like to do a second term as the Sheriff of Escambia County but let me make this statement to this group as I make to a lot of these groups, I believe in term limits from the top of my head to the soles of my feet. If I go stupid and run for a third term do not vote for me, do not vote for me…. Because you need to cycle people out of these positions.”-Sheriff David Morgan, 2010

2. Billings Case: DEA involved?

There are conflicting reports this morning as to whether or not the DEA has become involved in the Billings murder investigation.

“As Escambia County Sheriff, I have no knowledge of any DEA involvement in this case,” David Morgan said Wednesday night. “I have not spoken to any representative of the Drug Enforcement Agency today.”-CNN

But CNN was reporting early Thursday morning that the DEA was on the case. CNN quotes a DEA spokesman in Miami, David Melenkevitz, as saying that the Escambia County Sheriff’s Department did call for the DEA’s assistance.

David Melenkevitz, a spokesman for the DEA, said his agency is assisting with the investigation but would not comment further. He said Escambia County officials have also sought help from other federal agencies including the FBI and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. —CBS News July 16, 2009

Even Sir David’s repeater (not reporter), Rick Outzen, who has claimed that Sir David is the best sheriff Escambia County has had in years wrote this:

It has been a week since Bud and Melanie Billings were killed. The seven men who the authorities believe are responsible and one female accomplice have been arrested. The media wants to know why, what was the safe taken from the home and why are the FBI and DEA possibly involved.

CNN is reporting early Thursday morning that the DEA is on the case, despite denials by Sheriff Morgan the prior night on Anderson Cooper 360. They say that David Melenkevitz, a DEA spokesman in Miami, has said that the Escambia County Sheriff’s Department did call for the DEA’s assistance.– Rick Outzen, Rick’s Blog, July 16, 2009

Now if this is a humdinger as Sir David had claimed and the alphabet soup (FBI, ATF, FBI & Homeland Security) were participants, then Sir David may not be the BIGGEST LIAR IN ESCAMBIA COUNTY (He’d still be in the top 10, if not the top 5). Here’s why I say that, they actually responded. Now anyone can call these agencies and ask for assistance, but they may not actually show up. But there are credible sources saying, as early as 1 week after the murders that the DEA was brought in, contrary to Morgan’s statement. There appears to be solid reasons that the DEA was a participant in this case.

To end speculation, I have proof of their involvement.

Corroborated by an FBI source, there were 2 ACTIVE DEA investigations into Byrd & Melanie Billings at the time of their murder. DEA only gets involved on high level drug cases. They don’t show up for insignificant possession/personal use cases where there is no chance of trafficking. Their presence speaks for itself and is contrary to Sir David’s version of events.

*Also, these DEA cases, one initiated in 2005 and the other in 2007, are still, TODAY, active investigations.

Think about that for a moment.

3. Super Predator/ Thug Culture is the Downfall of America

“I take issue with the time African Americans. We are Americans…The blacks that currently reside in the United States are not from Africa. Those sorts of terms society has chosen to use are divisive in nature. So what are the issues in the minority organizations within Escambia County? Many are real and many are perceived. I will tell you I think many are perceived. Here is why, again, let’s go back to the history of our nation and where we are today. Not that many years ago, the thought of electing an African American president would have been unthinkable in the United States of America. I would remind African American’s that you are a little over 13% of the entire population of the United States…..If those 13 % were the only ones that voted for President Obama, he would not have won that election….the statistics are if we are such a racist nation, why do we currently have an African American president?”

When asked for a response to the assertion that racism is merely a perceived social problem, Sir David responded with a statement to Channel 3 WEAR that his comments were taken out of context and that those who propagate information about his rant have “a motive”.

And the best statement ever out of his mouth:

“I challenge someone to find an incident where anyone could have said that I am racist.”

The irony is every word he said prior to that statement is a jab at every ethnicity. He uses statistics to belittle the African-American people and remind them they are but 13% of the population. You can add hypocrite to his tile of racist.

4. Rotary Club assertion that Muslims are like Nazis.

Dr. James Scamanaci, known for his blog, CJsstreetreport.blogspot.com reported for DailyKos the following:

In the wake of two Escambia County Sheriff’s Office deputies firing 15 bullets at Mr. Roy Middleton in late July 2013, which created a national story, Sheriff Morgan delivered prepared remarks before the Rotary Club of Pensacola. The Pensacola News Journal carried the Public Information Office’s edited version of the Sheriff’s remarks.

Sheriff Morgan: ‘Muslims are Nazis’

At the 3:45 mark of the uncut version that the Street Report came to possess, Sheriff Morgan, after recommending to his Rotary Club audience reading Winston Churchill’s three-volume memoirs, Sheriff Morgan stated the following:

“And what you’ll find striking, and I find striking by the way, is the policy of appeasement that we go through in an almost a cyclic mode through our communities and our societies. An appeasement across the board. We intend to appease crime; we intend to appease political opponents; we intend to appease those who have different religious beliefs than we do. And the frightening thing about these volumes is this, if you changed NAZI to Muslim, you’ll have a terrific eye opener…”

5. Triple Murder of the Smith Family

In a press release, 5 days after the bodies were found and all news was hushed, Sir David made this eloquent statement regarding the brutal murders.

“It’s witchcraft, I’ll say that right now. The method of the murder, blunt force traumas, slit throats, positions of bodies and then our person of interest has some ties to a faith or religion that is indicative of that. Those of you that follow any of that will also note that at the time of death we believe on Tuesday it also coincides with what’s referred to as a blue moon, which occurs every three years.”

In response to that ignorant statement, every Wiccan, homeopath, occult personality came forward to refute this statement of “witchcraft”. I contacted Michelle Belanger, occult expert, known for her work on “Paranormal State” as well as her writing on the subject. When I spoke to her she was baffled how a person of Sir David’s authority and assumed intelligence would make such a reckless statement. She made 2 videos for YouTube regarding Sir David. Here is a bit of what she had to say:

“The biggest problem in Pensacola right now is you got a Sheriff who is jumping to all kinds of conclusions. He’s creating his own kind of red herrings. …My other problem with Sheriff Morgan is, your average person doesn’t know what a Wiccan is, doesn’t know what a Pagan is. They hear these words from an authority figure, like Sheriff Morgan. What he is doing, either through his own ignorance or his own willful misdirection of the actual facts of the case. He’s betraying the trust that people have put into him……..He is misleading people who he’s their only source for whether or not that’s true. And because he’s seen as an authority figure, they are not going to go out and Google to find out that he’s actually talking out of his posterior in a grievous way that could honestly incite hate crimes.”

Sir David’s response: “It was a misconception.”

**Sidenote: Morgan claimed the family was reclusive and that hampered investigation. When WKRG Channel 5 out of Mobile interviewed the Smith Family about the witchcraft factor, the family denied there was anything suggestive of Blue Moon or witchcraft based on the information given to them. They also refuted Morgan’s claim of the family being reclusive.**

The fact in this murder is that one of the sons is a cybercrimes expert at Homeland Security. Sir David said that they KNOW that fact wasn’t the motive for murder. He still says that theory was still “in play,” but that his office had also investigated financial gain and Richard Smith’s connection to the Department of Homeland Security as possible motives.

Specifically, the way he phrased it in an exclusive with WEAR-TV 3’s Amber Southard, who is now his new Public Information Officer that out earns most lietenants at the ECSO, was there were three possible motives: National security, witchcraft, monetary gain. Two are still on the table, as there were no national security implications involving the death of 49-year-old Department of Homeland Security employee Richard Thomas Smith.

No chance that he’s wrong on the Homeland Security angle but witchcraft is possible?

It hurt my head to even put that sentence together.

Sir David has many more loosy goosy “out of context”, “misunderstood” or “wrong perception” excuses. This is just the highlight reel, folks.

An Interview with a Victim of the Corruption in the ECSO

“My name is Michelle Clarke. I am the mother of Gavin Jake Clarke. We lived in Hammond, Louisiana. I have been stuck in a waking nightmare for the last 3 years. My son was taken by his biological father, Mike Cancienne Jr. According to Gavin’s paternal grandmother’s current husband (Not Mike Sr.), Gavin was taken by his father. Mike Jr for a trip to Florida but they never returned. This worried us all. Gavin’s grandmother had feared what Mike Sr. did to Gavin on a camping trip.

This scared me because Mike Jr. confided in me that his father had molested him as a boy. My baby communicated to his grandmother and myself that at his very young age of 5, Gavin had been molested by Mike Sr. My worst nightmare was realized. During this time my life started falling apart. It began with a car accident that killed my older daughter which almost killed me and then the subsequent death of my father in Pensacola. Mike Jr, Gavin & I moved to Pensacola to deal with my father’s passing. He had a house in Marcus Pointe. Mike and I started having problems. He began to beat me while he was on “blue ice” (different version of methamphetamine made popular in the series, “Breaking Bad”). He was making it as well. After an interwoven set of circumstances that resulted in Mike Jr. taking Gavin without having absolute custody, I found that Mike Jr. was living in Milton. At some point, they lived in a house across the lake in Marcus Pointe with a deputy Mark Smith (yes that Mark Smith). I called CrimeStoppers. Originally Deputy Walter Thomas called to follow up on my complaints of harassment of Smith and Mike Jr. I discussed the fact that my son was taken and not returned by his father Mike Jr. My complaint was ignored. No one wanted to get involved because this seemed like a non-crime that is way too common and law enforcement don’t want to get involved.

But the greater concern was that these people were pedophiles. Smith busted into my house and attempted to rape me. When I asked about my son, he said he would “take” him sexually too & just keep him. Another ECSO official, later identified based on a series of pictures I was shown, was Stephen Cappas. He initially was going to record Smith raping me. For some reason, he had a change of heart and talked Smith down off of me. When I called to report Smith again, Cappas followed up and said he would help me. However at that point I hadn’t realized the man on the phone was the man who pulled Smith off of me. A similar event happened later with Deputy Walter Thomas accompanying Smith. They were both high and got scared when they realized I knew their names.

Cappas strung me along for a while. He finally told me he’d investigated Gavin’s whereabouts and he was not missing. How did he know that? Did he know where my son was? He told me I was crazy and that none of my complaints were founded. Finally he stopped answering my calls. So my thought was Smith and Mike Jr. may have him. They had moved closer to the beach. I reached out to a couple of local people. I found out Gavin wasn’t in the DCF system and not in school in Escambia County. He wasn’t in Louisiana with his paternal grandmother.

I now know what a monster Mike Jr was, I immediately knew his roommate Smith must be the same. This entire time I’m trying to investigate where Gavin might be.

Could he have been in that house across the lake? If he was in Florida with his dad and his dad was across the lake from me, surely Gavin is there too. In a constant battle trying to get Smith to tell me where Gavin was, I became aware of Smith’s demons. He was on “ice” too. To give you an understanding of what happens to a person on “blue ice”, here is a description from 7-star-admiral.com as to why someone would want to use meth:

“The number one reason is sex. High levels of serotonin heighten mood and emotional responses- particularly one’s sex drive. It makes one “feel horny” with the result that their sexual inhibitions and limits are seriously curtailed. This, in combination with increased self-confidence and aggressiveness, may lead persons to engage in unprotected sex.”

Another article from Mamasite.com called “Suffer the Children”:

“But methamphetamine is unique among drug of abuse in its sexual effects. Meth causes intense sexual arousal, particularly in men. Pornography is a universal finding in a meth lab. The pre-occupation with sex is pervasive. Children in these homes are exposed to the pornography and inappropriate sexual activity of the adults with each other, but they are also exposed to direct sexual abuse, often violently so…Children of all ages are sexually abused by parents of both sexes, including rape and sodomy. Children are often prostituted to dealers and cooks as payment for meth. They are left alone with people who are likely to sexually abuse them. They are also used to produce child pornography which is a lucrative trade.”

The effects of this drug have a specific behavioral result. That was the side of Smith I saw when he tried to rape me. So without any law enforcement to be able to go to, I am coming to the people of Pensacola. Everyone knows Smith’s pedophilia and sexual misconduct. I was even told that my son was killed being forced to perform oral sex. His neck was broken; Mike Jr. took him to Louisiana and buried my baby in a backyard. Oh MY GOD! But the more I thought about it, the more I chose to believe this was just a way of psychologically terrorizing me and to get me to stop looking for my son.

Please if you have any information on Gavin or any way to expose this dangerous and corrupt Sheriff who seems to either not know what’s happening on his watch or he is allowing it. Please, Please stop them before they hurt more kids.

The Reckoning Approaches

First off, let me tell Cab Tice, Justin Billings, & Mr. Hugh Wiggins: YOUR TIME IS APPROACHING. I know your pride and arrogance prevent you from that on a daily basis. However, there is a collaborating effort of some very intelligent, previously distant people with information who have your head in their sights. The worst news about this is that I AM ONE OF THEM.

To say the least, the last week or so, in perusal of the evidence in the public domain, some fascinating devils hidden in the details that have been long overlooked have been found as well the keys to the conspiracy. It seems the diligence is paying off. Things are happening in quick succession and will culminate in the overturning of the death sentence of Patrick Jr.

I have had the opportunity to understand this crime a bit from another perspective. An advocate of Lenny Gonzales aka Sr, his brother Richard, is on a mission to get his brother out of his current death sentence from cancer in prison. We found that we had similar goals with which we may be able to create an alliance. That along with the collaboration of others who lost the political roll of the dice that sent innocent men to prison for murders they did not commit, will be the downfall of the collusion and corruption. I have always believed that the more I knew about each of the people involved and their reasoning for ending up in a part of the best and most overwhelming conspiracy in Pensacola, I would have the advantage. Knowledge is power. It is cliche but it is also absolutely true.

Who had the primary motive to kill Bud? Everyone has unanimously pointed the finger at the one and only Cab Tice. Although Justin did so initially, he later pointed a finger at a cartel and a friend of his Walter Davis from Colorado. A connection possibly links Mr. Davis of Colorado to a random text received 4 days after the murders to the current Escambia County School Superintendent Malcolm Thomas. The text merely said “Pat Poff!”. He deleted it but when another came in, he was compelled to make a police report. The number the text came from goes back to a lady in a community south of Austin, Texas, ie just on this side of the Mexican border. One of her previous addresses is in Colorado. Maybe this a tenuous connection to Mr. Davis spoken about by Justin. But why would anyone have felt it necessary to send such an ambiguous text to someone with apparently nothing to do with this case? The timing is post-arrest of Pat. The clandestine “Good Old’ Boy” system never leads to anyone to Superintendent Thomas, yet someone the conspiracy does. This point of this is lost on me but it is something I am sure is important.

So the latest facts uncovered this last week via a cooperative effort of people who have come forth who knew Patrick or the conspiracy are these:

1. Someone had GSR on their hands the night of the murder. It is deemed transfer and inconsequential. However, this person was not known to have touched either victim or the gun.

2. Cab Tice was interviewed FIRST by Homeland Security prior to deputies.

3. Blue Markham was a co-worker/ friend of Patrick’s at Allen Turner. They had a relationship.

4. Dr. Berkland, a pathologist had human organs stored in a storage unit about a month outside the murders. The hypothesis I have is that these organs are the pieces of the 4 bodies found in the white van left to scare Gary Sumner just prior to the murders. Dr. Berkland was also the doctor that did the second autopsy of Willie Junior at the family’s behalf. Not knowing if the family came to them or him to the family, I have little doubt he could be scared into doing something for a power higher than a conventional boss but lower than the hand of God.

5. The DNA reports were worded a bit off. Most of the different items of evidence are worded oddly. Most of the evidence has a statement that reads: “DNA profile could/count not be identified”. If it could, the name of the people included or excluded as possibilities are listed. There are several things where it says simply: “DNA profile could be identified” without any further statement. It doesn’t say who could be implicated or who absolutely cannot be, like other results, page after page, in these reports. Absent info….makes me question what or who the profile linked to.

6. The text to Superintendent Thomas, just the curiosity of the connection.

7. Assuming Patrick did lead these men/boys into this fatal act, why would Patrick bring in so many people HE DIDN’T know? Only way 2 people can keep a secret is if one is dead. Now we have 5 people who don’t know each other from Adam trusting their lives, safety and mission is secure. The logic of the conspiracy prevents me from seeing any benefits to bringing unpredictable elements into this situation. With every additional person, the likelihood of getting caught goes up exponentially.

8. This wonderfully modern van used as the getaway car. An unreliable vehicle is the most ridiculous thing to ever take to any type of crime with any forethought. This well thought out plan to “invade” the home Billings’ is being left to novice strangers and vehicles that are older than many of the participants. The common sense threshold is completely absent.

9. During the testing of the blue fibers of carpet in Lenny’s van, FDLE is notified to by John Molchan to stop processing the evidence. The fibers are literally in the midst of processing. The only conclusion raised prior to the call was the fibers were consistent with what should be in that van, meaning the original carpeting. Then it is set off to the side along with a list of other evidence with is NEVER tested at all. Now that van is disposed of with no way to prove it was or wasn’t the correct van.

All of this is just an example of the things that independently don’t seem relevant but when put into the puzzle with other facts have to make even the most skeptical question the convictions and witch hunts that were carried out in the name of the Billings family.
